Shipping policy

Shipping costs for everything apart from the Keepsake Boxes and Birth Plaques are a flat rate within Australia. 

Birth Plaques have a flat rate of $15 and Keepsake Boxes $20 all within Australia. 

Australia Post is the shipping provider and you will receive a tracking number via email once it is posted. 

Free Shipping is provided to all orders over $200, shipping within Australia.
This discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

Please note our current turn around time is 2-3 Weeks, this does not include the time in transit with the postage provider, (unless your purchase contains a 'pre-order' item, in which case it will be shipped to you once it is in stock).

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days (this may take longer in some instances).
